Jennifer Ellison was training in dancing since the age of three, then she went to a dance school which was located in Liverpool, but she thought that she was not well suited for the school that she was going to, so she transferred to Elizabeth Hill School Of Dance And Drama, because she thought that she could achieve something better from this school, the transfer led to Jennifer Ellison winning championships in modern dancing and national ballet in the years 1996 and 1997, also when she was at the age of 16 she went to the Royal Ballet School so she could train some more.

Jennifer Ellison released a DVD that was about fitness, and how to excersise. the DVD was released in 2006.
